Last night after Claire got home from work we went shopping again. This time we set out in daylight, so I took some pictures as we walked through the streets. Here you can see a Buddhist temple--they are everywhere--and in the foreground the merchants.
We went from shop to shop looking for a particular color of fabric. We ended up in a shop just for curtas, the tunic and pants with scarf that are also popular, and I chose a green one. Then we went home and had dinner with Dilli Mama and her family and the parents of two young men who are getting married the week before Claire and Sajal do.
